Stretchworks offers a unique fitness programme using controlled stretching and strengthening exercises that are specifically designed to be adapted to your individual needs, and is suitable for all ages and abilities.

The aim with teaching Stretchworks online was to find a way to deliver a class that best replicates the ethos of the class in a safe, caring environment, and as important, that protects everyone’s privacy and trust with myself and each other.
It has been a real joy to be able to meet and support so many new people through the wonderful world of online teaching. And also to have the opportunity to personally share the limitless benefits of Stretchworks that both supports and strengthens our physical and mental well-being for the long-term.

‘I have been attending Alison’s Stretchworks classes for — years, firstly with face to face sessions. However as my work schedule increased, the online sessions that Alison offers have become invaluable. I’m not the greatest with laptop technical glitches, and I was convinced I actually had no abdominal muscles, but despite these challenges, the online classes have worked brilliantly. Alison is a brilliant teacher, always pushing you just that little bit further. Her classes are welcoming, warm and inclusive. I always feel better for them, and my recurrent niggling lower back problems are much less frequent. My body is stronger than when I started, so I would recommend Stretchworks classes very highly indeed’.
